This part of our session took place at Crossroads at Big Creek in Sturgeon Bay, Wisconsin. Crossroads is such a beautiful outdoor location and it never gets old shooting there. The light at this particular spot was amazing and, as the title suggests, this wasn’t shot at golden hour. In fact, it was early afternoon! And how amazing does her red dress look against the greens?!

Door County Softball

A couple weeks ago I went to a softball game. My friend, Morgan, was one of the coaches for team Alberts.  It was a beautiful night and a lot of fun (even though they lost). After the game I took a few team shots as well as Morgan and Falon with their team. They are adorable!

Motion Blur

I struggled with motion blur this month. But, when we took Colby out for a walk I caught the perfect photo! Then, one night I was out trying to capture lightening but there was none. However, I did get some motion blur in the form of clouds moving and the trees blowing.

Fine Art in Door County

I think fine art is one of my favorite genres for my personal photography. It’s such a great feeling when my I am able to fully execute my vision. Zane, my grandma, and I picked up pizza and ate it at the park. This beautiful Door County sunset was our scenery. Can’t get much better than that.
